Answer = CCMS stands for
Computerized Care Monitoring System. CCMS has is a web based application mostly
helps the Long term Care (LTC) facilities.
There are 3 major types of Systems that
CCMS provides
CCMS-Manager = Very easy and user friendly eMAR ( Electronic
Medication Administration Record ) and other more automated functionalities
for Adult Family Homes and other LTC
providers.
CCMS-Activities = a tools to create a
meaningful activities and Calendar and to generate an automated activity report either by weekly or monthly.
CCMS-Behavior = Monitors the behaviors manifested on Development Delaied,
mentally or physically impaired individual who reside either in a Long term
facilities or their own home. This app
will analyzes the challenging behaviors and provide automated report of how often, for how long and the mitigation.
The functionality is a key to create a better care plan for the Loved one.
Question= Is there free training
for CCMS-Activities ? How long it will take the training ?
Answer = Training is free. There
are Two kinds of trainings. The Admin (responsible LTC manager or provider) and
Care givers or designated person who is hosting the activities.
The Admin training –it may take less than 2
hour but for Care giver it may take less than one hour.
Question= How much it will cost ?
Answer = The price depends on
which service has been prescribed.
Question= can we subscribed CCMS-Manager with CCMS-Activities?
Answer = No. CCMS-Manager is
totally different and you have to subscribe separately, However, the CCMS-Activities
and CCMS-Behavior can be subscribed together.
Question= Is the CCMS-Activities and Behavior can be accessed
remotely?
Answer = They can be accessed remotely only by Admin (the LTC responsible Manager or provider)
In a secure login system. Care givers can
only be able to access at the facility.
Question= How do we get support. ?
Answer = There will be
unlimited support 7 days a week. There will be also 24/7 support document that
can be accessed any time.
Question= is the CCMS-Activities designed only for group
activities ?
Answer = NO, it designed to
work for both Group and Individual activities. The individual activities mostly
enhanced by the admin.
